Web Design Get-Together - February 07

To kick-start 2007 the Huddersfield Web Designers get-together is back. Filled with the same creative banter, geek-speak and friendly design-related chitchat the event will hopefully be every bit as good as the last, and better.

I'm currently in the process of organising a venue with eConnected's Rick Huby - a bar in central Huddersfield, just after working hours for the convenience of us all. You can expect evening beers and cocktails to replace December's morning lattes and croissants :).

Again there is no set pattern. You can talk about what you want, to who you want, when you want. So get involved and turn up - it'll be a good laugh and a great opportunity to talk to new people in our creative industry!

I'll soon be releasing the firm date/time for February's get together in this space and via email. If you're not on the mailing list yet and want to be then let me know. Likewise if you're interested in coming then drop a comment below or email me :)

Like last time, the fact that this cast ocean called the Atlantic flows between myself and yourself, it probably won't be able to make it.

Plus, I'm not a developer or even a designer. I play video games, go to college and voice my opinion :P

A little swim never hurt anyone! Pack a few sandwiches and get paddling - you might just make it for February ;)

With all them changes to your blog you must have reached Word Press professional status by now. Thats something

You know, I've been meaning to take a trip up to Huddersfield for a weekend break - just to reminisce over my Uni days.

Not sure it'll in be in Feb, but it would be good to coincide with the next meet...
